Scandic Norge flytter hovedkontor og salgskontor til nyoppussede lokaler i Brynsalléen 2 i januar 2022. Leiekontrakten gjelder 2.600 kvadratmeter og har en varighet på seks år.

Brynsalléen 2 gjennomgår en omfattende totalrehabilitering frem mot nyåpning i 2022. Nå er det klart at Nordens største hotellkjede, Scandic, flytter inn i bygget i 2022.

Administrerende direktør i Scandic Norge, Asle Prestegard, forteller at Brynsalléen 2 blir et moderne bygg som passer godt med selskapets krav til størrelse og tilgjengelighet.

– Vi gleder oss til å flytte inn i nye og moderne lokaler på Bryn, og samle hovedkontoret og salgskontoret under ett og samme tak. Med kollektivknutepunkt rett i nærheten blir det enkel adkomst for både ansatte og besøkende. Dessuten får vi gangavstand til vårt største hotell i Norge, Scandic Helsfyr. Vi ser frem til en ny hverdag i nye lokaler, og mener vårt nye hovedkontor vil stå i stil med den offensive tankegangen vi har med oss i arbeidshverdagen.

Scandic flytter inn i byggets 5. og 6. etasje, og tar med seg omtrent 170 ansatte inn i bygget som har 11.300 kvadratmeter kontorarealer fordelt over 8. etasjer.

Megler i Malling & Co Næringsmegling, Live Melhuus, forklarer at Brynsalléen 2 blir et attraktivt fullservice bygg med gode parkeringsmuligheter.

– Bygget totalrehabiliteres og får nytt inngangsparti, hyggelig uteområde, treningsrom, felles møteromsavdeling, bedriftsrestaurant i nordisk stil og 220 parkeringsplasser. Eiendommen ligger sentralt til på Bryn, med umiddelbar nærhet til E6 og kort vei til holdeplasser for tog, buss og t-bane.

Scandic er den første leietakeren som har signert leiekontrakt i bygget som eies av forvaltnings- og investeringsselskapet CapMan. Leiekontrakten gjelder 2.600 kvadratmeter og har en varighet på seks år.

Etter signeringen gjenstår om lag 8.700 kvadratmeter ledige lokaler i bygget.
