Markedsrapporten oppsummerer som vanlig utviklingen i markedet for næringseiendom det siste året, og kommenterer forventninger til leie- og transaksjonsmarkedet inn i det neste året. Det er god aktivitet blant alle investortypene og full fart i kontor og logistikk, samt en gryende interesse for hotell og retail. Dette ser meget bra ut for resten av året og langt inn i 2022, fortalte Ness.
