Hun er glødende opptatt av merkevarebygging basert på samspillet mellom markedsføring, CRM og ny teknologi. Marianne har over 25 års erfaring med markedsføring av næringseiendom men er utdannet profesjonell dykker og er verdens første kvinnelige metningsdykker. Når hun ikke tenker på markedsføring, er hun engasjert i byutvikling, ny teknologi og kultur. Vis mer Eiendomshuset Malling & Co ved Stein Randby, var selvfølgelig representert i forbindelse med den årlige Enova-konferansen i Trondheim. Der fikk publikum blant annet høre nytiltrådt statsråd i Olje- og energidepartementet, Terje Søviknes, fortelle om den nye avtaleperioden med Enova som operatør og fokusområdene fremover. Konferansen var som vanlig tre-delt med fokus på både bygg, transport og industri. > *"Det var mye bra, men jeg skvatt litt når statsråden gav uttrykk for at vi snart var i mål ref. CO2-målene i byggsektoren med oljeforbudet fra år 2020". sier Stein Ranby.* Det er vel fortsatt slik at bygningssektoren står for en vesentlig del av Norges stasjonære utslipp, og at vi har store utfordringer med å nå målene for eksisterende bygningsmasse. Nybyggene blir sakte og sikkert bedre, men de fleste byggene er allerede oppført og vil dominere bildet i årene frem mot år 2050. Vi oppfordrer derfor aktørene og bransjeorganisasjonene innenfor byggsegmentet til å stå på barrikadene og sikre nødvendig fokus med tilhørende budsjetter.
